25 years of industry experience mainly focused in the automotive sectors provide the foundation of Rhein-Berg GmbH.

Markus P. Murk earned his automotive engineering degree in 1996. He was fast tracked within a few years to international responsibilities and leading teams to plan and open plants in several countries for ContiTech AG. Supported by Conti’s internal leadership education he augmented his engineering degree with Business-Administration at the Management  Zentrum St. Gallen, (CH),  courses at Duke University (USA)  and Insead University (SG).

This, together with constant upkeep and the international assignments shaped his strategies for business until today.

Dongna Xiao-Murk studied business administration in Beijing/Dalian (PRC).

After graduation she worked for German automotive companies in China.

Opportunities to take minority equity positions led to the support and guidance of establishing footholds for companies in Europe and the US, mainly with Chinese backing.

Our resulting worldwide networks are accessible to our clients through Rhein-Berg.

Dongna and Markus met many years ago in Changchun working together at ContiTech and are the principals of Rhein-Berg.
